Bishop Willie M. Brown was born in Milledgeville, Georgia to Brother Willie Brown Sr. and the Late Mother Agnes Brown. He was educated in the New York City school system. At an early age, he accepted the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was filled with the Holy Ghost. He has faithfully served God with the Church of God in Christ (C.O.G.I.C.) and the apostolic church for over thirty years. In 1999, the Lord moved on him and his wife to start Christian Deliverance Ministry. They answered YES and became the pastors and founders of Christian Deliverance Ministry which they started in their home with eight members. Bishop Brown was ordained by the late Apostle William Brown of Salvation and Deliverance Ministries Worldwide. Apostle Brown served as Bishop’s spiritual father for many years until the Lord called Apostle home.

Dr. Dreamer L. Brown was born in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Deacon Aaron Garrett and Mother Clara M. Garrett. She was raised primarily in New York City until migrating to New Jersey in her adult years. She was Born Again and filled with the Holy Spirit as a child. At the age of fifteen, the Lord started using her with spiritual warfare gifts of deliverance. She is anointed and appointed by the Lord Jesus Christ for these last and evil days. She is known as a preacher of holiness who's preaching style has brought deliverance to many who were in bondage by the enemy. She is a prophetic messenger and have declared (I won't be silent anymore).  

Dr. Brown was united in Holy Matrimony to her best friend, Bishop Willie M. Brown in 1980 by the late Bishop O.M. Kelly from the Church of God in Christ. In 1994, she was ordained an Evangelist and in 1999 she was ordained and licensed as Pastor by the late Apostle William Brown from Salvation and Deliverance Churches worldwide. She, along with her husband, became the founders and pastors of Christian Deliverance Ministry. On January 7, 2011, she was honored to be interviewed on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) discussing her long term Christian marriage, the works of the ministry, and her three books. In April and October of 2011, she was interviewed on two other Christian television stations. She evangelized in Nigeria Africa in 2012 and her Dance ministry, Anointed Unspoken Praise, have been blessed to minister at the Black Essence Grammy Awards in October 2012 and May of 2013 ministered at the United States White House.
